SPONSORSHIP
Dear Prospective Sponsor: American Care Foundation, Inc. will be celebrating its 2nd Annual Back To School Celebration for children that are from the low-income community. We will be reaching out to school age children ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. These children may have a parent who is incarcerated, possibly a young person living with HIV/AIDS, or homeless that adds on to the fight they are faced with. The “Back to School” activity emphasizes the need for youth to develop positive relationships and continue their education and become better equipped to provide for themselves and their future. Additionally, it introduces them to services in the community that will help them achieve this goal. The Back to School Celebration will be held on Friday, July 28, 2006 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, at the American Care Foundation Center located at 530 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75203. We will offer classes and fun activities for the children as well as supportive classes and helpful resources for the young adults and parents. We are seeking support of sponsors for school supply items, backpacks, and school uniforms for the children. Please return the attached sponsor form to the address listed with your charitable contribution. We look forward to having you partner with us on this worthwhile endeavor as well as other future programs we plan for the communities of high-risk environments. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call, 214-943-7300 or cell, 469-337-0553. Sincerely, American Care Foundation [ACF] is a non-profit 501(c) (3) corporation established to identify and assist in various issues that negatively impact children. The mission of ACF is to address social and economic needs of children in the community while restoring and strengthening families.
